Our Mission

The mission of Johns Creek United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Christ for the transformation of the world. Our vision, we follow God’s call by loving God and loving our neighbor. We live out this vision by fostering meaningful connections:

  • Connecting with God

  • Connecting with the Body of Christ

  • Connecting with the Community

In March of 2024, our pastors and Church Council commissioned a Vision Team to prayerfully discern God’s direction for JCUMC in the years ahead. This process was not just about our church but about how we are called to serve the broader Johns Creek community.

The team sought to answer key questions:

  • How can JCUMC fully embrace God’s work in this season?

  • How can we build a stronger, more connected Body of Christ?

  • How do we empower our extraordinary laity for leadership and service?

  • How can we meet people where they are in their faith journey while deepening their connection to God?
