YOUNG FIVES: Bridge to Kindergarten

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9:30AM - 1:30PM

Our Young Fives program is ideal for children with summer birthdays or those who need the gift of one more year of development before entering Kindergarten. Your child will thrive in this class as they are challenged to expand their Pre-K knowledge base while being given time to grow in so many ways. This program focuses on enhancing handwriting, sight words, and phonemic awareness. We utilize manipulatives for practical math skills and directed drawing and experiments to encourage learning in art and science. Our teaching team provides small group activities and differentiated instruction to meet students where they are in their educational journey. We provide a hands-on, active and enriching learning environment to engage young learners. Students enjoy Chapel, Music and PE Specials once per week along with outdoor playground daily and indoor playground weekly.

Our Young Fives program provides an effective bridge transition between Pre-K and Kindergarten where students learn to SHINE!

KINDERGARTEN: Vital Path to Learning

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

We provide a warm, loving, Christian environment where children can play, share, and interact as they use their natural curiosity and desire to learn. Our Kindergarten program offers a full day of education in a half-day format. We utilize Common Core with Saxon Math, Heggerty Phonemic Awareness, and 95% Phonics Core curriculum. We include skills from the Georgia Performance Standards in Kindergarten for science and social studies as well. Our students attend Chapel weekly where they learn Bible Stories and sing praise and worship songs. They enjoy Music and PE Specials once per week along with outdoor playground daily and indoor playground weekly. We also offer special events such as pumpkin carving with dads, field trips and more. With our smaller class size, we are able to provide an intellectually challenging environment where learning is fun and where each child feels successful, important and LOVED!

We strive to ensure that learning is a personal and enriching experience for students and their families!
