We’re taking a new approach to Decorating Day this year. To try and make things more efficient and clear, we are asking people to sign up for specific zones/teams, both so we have enough food for everyone, and so your talents may be best matched with the tasks at hand. Each zone will have a captain who will have all the details about how the zone is decorated and who can answer any questions our volunteers may have.
There is a role for EVERYONE so please prayerfully consider joining us on Decorating Day and signing up for the team that is right for you.
New this year – we are asking ALL volunteers, not matter how well-versed you are in decorating day activities to come to the instruction meeting after worship. For all teams decorating the zones on the Sanctuary side of the building this meeting will be from 12:00-12:30pm in the Gathering Room and will include lunch. For all teams decorating the zones on the WLC side of the building, that meeting will be from 1:00-1:15pm in the conference room. Snacks will be provided at the 1pm meeting (You are welcome to come to the lunch at 12 in the G.R., we just don’t want you to have to wait around for an hour before getting started).”
